Jason grew up farming in Nevada on his family’s farm growing alfalfa and raising cattle. He always knew in the back of his mind that his twin brother Jeff Borsini would be taking over the family farm, so Jason dreamed of new adventures for his life after high school. College seemed like the best place to start, but the struggle to find his passion to be outside was not working for the office job he saw at the end of the tunnel. Big game hunting was introduced during this point of his life and became an addiction. Filming hunts and craving to be in the mountains was all he could think about. Working on computers and building websites was a great way to help offset the cost of his adventures. After graduating from college, his pursuit to be in the outdoors was achieved with hard work and successfully becoming a Journeyman Lineman. He looks forward to every year bringing new hunting adventures for his family including his wife and two little boys.
Jeff is the owner of Borsini Ranch Inc. and is a true farmer through and through. From getting up early feeding the cows, checking on calves, hauling hay, and finishing jobs throughout the day before headed home to sleep and repeat his day. He started hunting waterfowl at a young age and filled his first big game deer tag at the age of 12. The addiction was immediate and soon found himself hunting big game animals from Nevada, to Idaho, and applying to most western states. Jeff gets out into the mountains any chance he can get and loves spending time with his wife and 4 kids hunting or fishing!
Todd Compston, born and raised in Yerington, NV is an avid outdoorsman. Todd was introduced to the outdoors by his father Dennis. As a child, Todd was required to identify every duck species before he could hunt. To help learn them, Todd would hide decoys throughout the house and pretend to hunt them. As he grew up, he enjoyed learning many aspects of the outdoors. Todd has traveled to many different states hunting and fishing. His favorites include a Sitka Blacktail hunt on Kodiak Island, a North Dakota pheasant hunting trip and most recently killed the biggest Mule Deer to date in UT. Winters are spent chukar hunting with his GSH Bailey or on the ice fishing. Todd’s favorite outdoor activity is hiking the back country picking up shed antlers. As an outdoorsman, Todd has enjoyed every hunting trip, whether hunting for his own tag, helping wife Kinzie or one of his buddies. Todd’s favorite harvest was his Utah Bull that was taken on a late rifle hunt. Todd, Kinzie and their dogs Bailey and Tucker have made their home in Elko, NV. Todd has worked for NV Energy for 15 years.
